News!
🎶- Update on previously mentioned Anchoring Parts Practice to practice specific parts (Melody/High/Low) on our Core Songs. We will not be offering these as a Chapter monthly. We have decided this is important but will establish Parts Practice Anchor Coordinators, which Singers may contact directly to request special times to practice if 4th Tuesdays does not work (or more often or more one-on-one is desired). See Coordinators listed below under Shared Leadership.
🎶- We have decided we are ready to begin inviting/offering "Song Bath" healing opportunities to the public during our 2nd Tuesday gatherings 6:15 - 6:45PM. Singers can also use the invitation to send to individuals or groups they wish to extend this special offering to. Song Bath Receivers need to RSVP with Ann at oquinnhomestead@gmail.com
2ND TUESDAYS @ ST CATHERINE'S
(This Month:9/10/24):
5:30-6:00 Singers arrive/social/set-up
6:00-6:15 Singers warm up while Song Bath Receivers (who have RSVP'd) quietly arrive and be seated on pews
6:15-6:45 Singers invite Receivers 2 at a time to sit in the two zero-gravity chairs
🎶- We are also planning to be offer a Community Song Bath this Fall somewhere yet to be determined. If you wish to help coordinate this offering, have a zero-gravity chair to lend, or have an idea of when/where such an offering may dovetail nicely with some other community event, feel free to contact Ann or Jennifer.
🎶- Our Shared Leadership Team invites you to consider how you might support our growing chapter gear up to our goal of offering bedside singing in our community. Feel free to email Ann or show up at 5:30 on 4th Tuesdays when we have short meetings and vote on next growth steps.

North Coast Oregon Threshold Choir (NCOTC)
We gather and sing to heal ourselves and our community…we train to sing for those at the thresholds of life and death.
Whatever level you feel called to participate, we welcome your quiet energy…your resounding spirit…your soothing voice.
We gather (in person) twice per month on 2nd&4th Tuesdays, 6:00-6:45pm @ St. Catherine’s Church in Nehalem, Oregon. We encourage singers to come as early as 5:30 for self-guided social & warm-up.
2nd Tuesdays: Intro & Healing Space (Practice giving/receiving healing through song - hosted by Ann & Ali) September 10th this month
4th Tuesdays: Core Songs Practice (Nuts & Bolts - hosted by Kim & Jennifer) September 24th this month

For those who wish to stay later to sing with the St. Catherine’s Community *Song Circle*, they begin at 7pm (also both 2nd&4th Tuesdays), and all are welcome.
