Similar to condo living, our two bedroom villas feature one and half baths, full kitchen, dining room, outside patio, laundry room and garage, all on one level. Designed for independent seniors, busy executives or couples on the go, our villas are conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and are completely separate from our main building…perfect for working professionals and/or retired active couples as well. Entertainment and a variety of events provide opportunities to mingle with other people who have similar interests. Whether you go to work, take a vacation or are retired; simply lock the door and go…we'll take care of the rest.

Residents took the opportunity on Random Acts of Kindness Day (February 17) to thank the ones that consistently help us and members of our community.

The last call we want to make is for an emergency, but it does happen, and we appreciate the Nekoosa Police Department and Nekoosa Fire Department for showing up when we need you the most and doing so with care!

Thank you to the lovely ladies at the Wisconsin Rapids Family Center, Inc. for your time and positivity! It's people like you that make our community a great one and we hope our "random acts of kindness" made a difference in your day!

This Valentine's Day will go down as a very special one for Nekoosa Court. ♥

This is the first year we reached out for card donations from our community and you have all come through in the most incredible way! Not only have we received cards from our community, but donations from out of town and state, bringing our grand total to 759 cards! 💌

This week has been Valentine's Spirit Week and yesterday was Twins Day! Residents found matching patterns, floor staff looked lovely in pink, and management played a trick on our wonderful maintenance man by dressing as him! We've been having so much fun and everyone is certainly in the spirit for our party tomorrow!

Our assisted living residents would love to receive a Valentine’s Day card from you this year!

Handmade, store-bought, whatever you choose. This would be a fun project for classrooms or little ones learning to draw/write.

Valentine’s Day cards can be dropped off in our entryway in the designated box or mailed to the address below.
