Midwives are vital! OBGYNs are necessary!

There shouldn't be a fight between what is best, but what is a fight is what's best for YOU!

🗣 Everybody doesn't want a homebirth.
🗣 Everybody doesn't want to birth in a hospital.

There are important things that need to be considered when thinking about either.

❓️Is this pregnancy normal with no complications?
❓️If there are complications, can they be managed at home?
❓️Do you need access to higher level care for the infant or for yourself?

We recognize that OBs are experts in abnormal and complicated births while also understanding that homebirth midwives are the experts in normal, physiological births with the knowledge of knowing when to seek higher level care! 💜💜💜💜💜

PSA! AN INTIMATE BEGINNING BABY ARRIVED!!!!

Congratulations to the first time parents on the birth of their beautiful, baby girl! This first time mama was not playing! It went from I think my water broke with no contractions to I think I'm ready for you to join me! She said it was a breeze except the contractions! 7 hour labor for this first time mama! Dad was amazed out how quick everything was going and how amazing his wife was! Truly amazing and I'm so proud!! 💜💜💜💜💜

PSA!! AN INTIMATE BEGINNING BABY HAS ARRIVED!!!!

Congratulations to the first time parents on the birth of their beautiful, baby girl!! I like to call her big mama!! I am so incredibly proud of these parents. This mama prayed and worshipped the entire labor!! She prayed, dad prayed, and I prayed and the Lord answered! She had her unmedicated birth with no tears and quite speedily! Her faith kept her grounded and trusting in what God had planned for her and baby girl. She said it was my eyes that kept her focused 🤣🤣🤣 Birth center birth for her first baby and she rocked it! It's hard for husband's to see their wives in this pain. They feel helpless, but he prayed and remained calm. The very support that she needed to stay strong and finish!

Congratulations parents! I love y'all and I'm so proud! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Elle, what a joy you were and are! I am so amazed at your resiliency! You trusted me and still continue to as you allow me to love on you and sweet baby boy! I pray that the realness of God continues to be revealed in motherhood! You pushed that baby out like you've done this before! Love you much and thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey!

I pray that you look back on your experience and realize just how much power you hold in YOUR birthing space! You stood 10 toes down and didn't let anyone intimidate you with fear tactics!!!

PSA! AN INTIMATE BEGINNING BABY ARRIVED!!!!

Congratulations to the veteran parents on the birth of their baby boy!!!!! Congratulations on your first natural, physiologic birth! Baby, yall did that! You did it so well that you labored at home and had the baby IN THE CAR!!! I am so incredibly proud and in awe of what was accomplished! This mama labored from sun up to sundown and breathed that baby right on out! My phone rang and you said you were ready for me to join you. Phone rang 2 mins later and said nevermind, I'm pushing!! I said I'll meet you at the birth center! We all pull up at the same time, but you pulled up with a baby in your arms 😍😍😍😍😍😍
