Coal River Primary Care and Wellness Center LLC CRPC offers primary care for ages 12 and up and accepts walk-in sick visits of all ages.

Our office is newly remodeled to suit your healthcare needs and we are equipped with up to date technology to better serve you.

We are CLOSED for SPRING BREAK next week on Monday April 21, Tuesday April 22, Wednesday April 23, and Friday April 25, 2025. The only day we are open next week is Thursday April 24 for the patients that are scheduled.
