🚨 Business Owners Collecting Signatures — Read This

If your store employees are collecting signatures on the clock, Form 15 filings are required.

You’ll need:

1️⃣ Providing Compensation – as the business (owner signs as rep)
2️⃣ Receiving Compensation – as the owner (personal capacity)
3️⃣ Receiving Compensation – for each employee circulating on the clock

⚠️ Do NOT begin circulation until forms are signed and submitted.

If employees are collecting signatures voluntarily, off the clock, and not at your direction, they are considered volunteers and do NOT need Form 15.

If they’re doing both (on + off clock) → file the form.

📩 Once completed, email forms for filing and confirm your start date.

Y’all hunkered down out there? I want to talk about the main obstacle I face during a cold spell in my neck of the woods. Everyone knows you must leave your water dripping to avoid your pipes, freezing and bursting however, one of the bottlenecks often overlooked is the water holding capacity of your reservoir. Say your reservoir holds 1600 gallons and you must leave your water drip on all sinks for a cold spell. Let’s also note that your reservoir is refilled with spring water. Water must be unfrozen and running in order to enter the system. If we are at below freezing temperatures for over a week or longer will I have enough water?
If my country roads don’t get plowed for a week, standard procedure around here, and if my driveway doesn’t melt, which is highly likely considering it’s covered by trees and gets no sun.…will the water guy be able to deliver if I do have to order?
That being said it’s mostly very peaceful being hunkered down and the beauty of it all keeps me out here;)
