Our 3rd Annual T-Shirt Design Contest is officially open, and we’re excited to see your creativity come to life! 🎨💚
This is your chance to make an impact, spread mental health awareness, and showcase your artistic talent across our community.

🗺️ Who Can Enter:
Open to participants from the nine counties we serve:
Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby.
🎨 Design Requirements:
✔️ Theme must relate to mental health awareness
✔️ Must include one of the NAMI Southwest Iowa logos (provided in contest rules)
✔️ No font or color restrictions — let your creativity shine!
✔️ Winning design will be featured on the front of the official NAMI Southwest Iowa T-shirt sold at events over the next year
✔️ Designs may be created using any software and submitted as:AI, .PSD, .EPS, .JPEG, .PNG, or .SVG
📅 Submission Deadline:
🗓️ All designs must be submitted by February 20, 2026
