If PBMs save so much money and care so much, why are they in the fortune 500? Where did the money come from? It's not hard to figure out. They are either lying, or they won the Powerball several hundred times.
Just an idea: why can't PBMs negotiate a lower net price and NOT take rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers? Asking for millions of broke Americans!
Well it’s simple! PBMs wouldn't make as much money because there would be no uncertainty about price. The manufacturer would set the pricing and everyone would know the price.
