Your back might not actually be the problem.
I see this every single week.
Someone comes in with “chronic back pain”…
They’ve stretched it.
Foam rolled it.
Strengthened their “core”.
Still hurts.
Because the pain isn’t the problem.
It’s usually a movement leak somewhere else.
Tight hips.
Weak glutes.
Poor bracing.
Bad hinge pattern.
Or Something else.
Your spine just ends up paying the bill.
