The words of Ronnie Vaughan from my Plexus upline -
"I was always a pretty active guy- played basketball, tennis, hiked, and walked 2-3 miles a day just walking from my car to my office and back. Well, a lot of things changed March 2020 with the covid lockdown and we were sent home to work at that time. I stopped pretty much everything-- including how active I was. And I probably was not eating or taking my supplements like I should have... mainly I worked.. a LOT... sitting at my computer, since we were now basically "on call" all the time. I noticed I was gaining weight and not feeling great, but just chalked it up to getting older... I'm nearly 62.

Well in July I had a pretty bad infection on my thumb and didn't want to go to an ER or Urgent Care with Covid so rampant. Walmart had just started a Health Clinic and since I work at the Home Office I figured I would try it out. They took care of my thumb, but since I hadn't had any kind of checkup in probably 20 years, they ran all my bloodwork, etc. The results completely shocked me. My A1C came back at 12 and I was diagnosed diabetic. To say that knocked me off the rails was an understatement. The doctor started me on Metformin- I HATE taking any kind of medication.

So we completely changed my diet to super strict on carbs and sugars and I started using the Plexus Balance every day, something I never thought I needed before. In fact, I started a complete regimen of all the Plexus supplements every day, where before i was kind a hit or miss with them. I also started trying to get at least some walking in every day.

Today I went for my 3 month blood work to see where my A1C is at and I thought the doctor was going to break out the streamers and noise makers.... my A1C was 6! She was completely shocked and said I had to be doing something other than the medication, because she didn't expect it to be below 10 with just the medication. I'm also pleased to say I've lost 30 pounds and now back to playing tennis weekly, trying to beat my son who's 30 years younger! The doctor is going to take me completely off the Metformin at my next appointment if my numbers are still good but I hope they're even better by then.

So often I hear people say “Muscle weighs more than fat”. Well no. A pound is a pound. BUT what they mean is that a pound of muscle is much more dense than a pound of fat.

So what does this have to do with Plexus? Well, for starters, our products burn FAT, not muscle. So your scale may not move quickly - but your measurements will.

Think about a pound of marshmallows (fat) vs. a pound of apples (muscle). Both weigh the same, yet carrying around a pound of marshmallows is going to take up A LOT more room in your jeans than carrying around a pound of apples.

Since a pound of muscle is smaller in size than a pound of fat (fat takes up approximately 4x the space of muscle tissue) it's very possible to LOOK and FEEL slimmer even if your weight remains the same!!!!

BONUS : A pound of muscle burns more fat than a pound of fat, even at rest, by increasing your lean muscle tissue mass, you're helping your body burn more calories. Build that muscle!! 💪

Did you know? ... Glucose cannot leave the body without a water molecule attached via urination. Thirst is your body's cue for help in removing excess glucose.
Drinking water and going to the bathroom are PLAN A to get glucose out of your system.
Plan B? Fat storage. Yep.
So basically, if you don't want to be inconvenienced by frequent bathroom visits you are choosing fat storage. Drink your water!
Not many people crave water, because we have become so conditioned to crave things with artificial sweeteners, synthetic caffeines to get us through the day, and quick craving fixes.

Bruce is a real person! Bruce Boyd is almost 61, but he definitely looks much younger now!! These are his real life results after using our Plexus Joyōme Collagen for 60 days!! 🤯

“Face update: I’m 2 months in now using Collagen. A little visit to the tanning booth at Planet Fitness has added that “rosey glow” all us men long to have (hahaha!).
