You have until December 7 to compare and explore all available coverage options. A licensed agent is available on site at our Boulevard location daily to assist with any questions. Even if you are content with your current plan, it is essential to verify any changes for the upcoming year. You can also assess the star ratings to evaluate the quality of different health and drug plans. To schedule an appointment, please click on the link below and select Medicare Plan Consultation. This free consultation is open to all Medicare-eligible individuals and the general public.
