Who We Are
CVMC Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine has been serving the Nephi area for over 20 years. We started with just two physical therapists with a vision to provide quality physical therapy in a rural community. Our outpatient physical therapy team now has 8 physical therapists and physical therapist assistants that have specialties and certifications unmatched in rural Utah.
Our mission is to provide quality physical therapy that empowers, educates, motivates, and of course...…. is fun along the way. The recovery process is not always easy and can take time and effort to heal. At our clinic, we combine our expertise in pain science, hands on treatment, modalities, and exercise to ensure your efforts are productive and your recovery time is fast. We know your time is valuable, and we want to get you back to the life you love as safely and quickly as possible.
