Every number tells a story — of hope restored, lives changed, and meaningful connections made.

In 2025, Here Tomorrow walked alongside more than 1,200 individuals and welcomed over 1,000 new Friends and Family into our community.

Through the dedication of our Peers, access to funded therapy, and the strength of our community partnerships, Here Tomorrow provided more than 6,000 peer support sessions and 1,500 therapy sessions.

Thank you for allowing us to serve and support our community. It truly takes a village, and because of you, we were able to secure so many tomorrows.

Our specialists draw from their own experiences to guide you, provide coping skills, safety planning, and connect you to resources. We'll work at your pace, and if you encounter any barriers or setbacks, our team will face them with you.

Our doors are open 365 days a year in-person, virtually, or over the phone. We want to help you when and how you need it.

Here Tomorrow was created after Founder, Joe Kenney, lost his son, Gary, by su***de. Gary battled depression and shut out the man he called his only friend in the world— his father.

When grief strikes after su***de, we're often faced with a lot more questions than answers. What could I have done? WAS there anything I could have done? Why didn't I see any of the signs?

"I couldn't find help here. I didn't know where to go or what to do, and I know everybody. How's the average person supposed to find help?"

Joe later created Here Tomorrow to remove the critical barriers to mental health support: accessibility and affordability. Since 2021, the team has provided su***de prevention support at no cost and with no wait to more than 2,600 individuals in crisis.

Our Peer Support Specialists differ from clinical spaces because they share lived in experiences with many of our patients. Sometimes, hearing a familiar story and knowing someone else has faced similar struggles is all it takes for someone to reach out.

Mikey's journey has been one of resilience and change. From a young age, he navigated significant educational challenges that made him feel less than others. Those struggles were compounded by personal hardships in his teen years, which deeply affected his sense of self. He carried that emotional weight into his early adulthood until it became unbearable.

Eventually, he realized it was time for a change. With the unwavering support of friends and family, he began a transformative journey. He believes his experiences have given him meaningful insight and a guiding philosophy: to lead by example and show what positive change can look like.

Today, he's committed to encouraging others, sharing a message of hope and the possibility of joy.
