We had a lovely Hypnotic Meditation this evening! The meditation focused on kind self talk and letting go of any thing holding you back. How do you actively de-stress? It's definitely not mandala coloring for me! 😄 Use a simple routine every day to let go of the day's stress. I help my clients retrain their system to let go through simple short routines.

Here are just a few examples.

♡Slow your breath for 3 breaths and say, "I let it go."
♡While showering, say, "As the water washes over me, I let all the stress wash away."
♡When you are driving home, slow your breath, loosen your grip, and imagine that all the day's stress is flying away like leaves off of your car.

Intention is powerful. The more you engage in a ritual like this, the more automatic it will become!
