✨ Kissing 2025 goodbye… saying hello to 2026… ✨
…and sending peace ✌️ to you all for the New Year! 🎉🎆🎈🎊
I had a wonderful New Year’s Eve dancing with my dance family 💃✨
Yes… I’m sore 😅 and it’ll take a few days for my knee, foot, and back to fully recover ❤️🩹 but my heart and soul were so full of joy and happiness that it was 100% worth it. 🤩 💜
New Year’s Day was all about rest, ritual, and nourishment 🤍
I honored my good luck traditions 🍀 champagne 🍾, 12 grapes for abundance 🍇, and my Black-Eyed Peas, ham, and collard greens for prosperity 🥬✨
I also blew cinnamon into my home 🏡 for abundance, lit my candles 🕯️, and consciously set my intentions for the year ahead ✨
I slowed down, rested, iced my foot, and soaked in spiritual healing and connection with my Theta Master and two dear ThetaHealing sisters on Zoom 💫
I gently returned to my body with 10 minutes of yoga 🧘♀️ easing back after dancing 💃 and reminding myself that recovery is part of the magic. 🪄
Today I’m back with clients, using my foot frequency machine, eating well, creating gentle movement, light elliptical work, and stretching 🙆♀️ truly honoring my body every step of the way.
My daily non-negotiable remains: 10 minutes of meditation 🕊️ grounding my energy before anything else.
✨ My intention for this year ✨
To continue the momentum I built at the end of last year 💪 strengthening my physical body, dancing little by little, becoming more flexible with home yoga practices, nourishing myself through intermittent fasting and healthy choices, and fully embodying that unstoppable energy.
