Hackensack Meridian Bariatric & Minimally Invasive Surgery is part of the Faculty Practice of Hackensack Meridian Medical Group. We are located in Hope Tower connected to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. We are a specialty surgical practice composed of board-certified general surgeons who provide expertise in all aspects of gastrointestinal surgery, hernia surgery, robotic DaVinci surgery laparoscopic surgery, and skin and soft tissue surgery. We also offer all types of weight loss programs both surgical and medical treatments including bariatric surgery. Combining experience with modern surgical techniques, we are able to deliver state-of-the-art, comprehensive patient care and treat a multitude of both simple and complex surgical conditions. Offering inpatient and outpatient services, our doctors are able to provide patients with the highest level of efficiency and flexibility available to the community.

Jersey Shore Advanced Surgical Associates is a specialty surgical practice composed of four board certified general surgeons, Dr. Carney T. DeSarno, Dr. Seth M. Kipnis, Dr. Steven Tizio and Dr. Dena Arumugam. Our doctors provide expertise in all aspects of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, colorectal surgery, gastrointestinal surgery, hernia surgery, weight loss surgery, robotic surgery, anti-reflux surgery, skin and soft tissue surgery, intestinal surgery, spleen removal surgery and breast surgery.

Combining experience with modern surgical techniques, JSASA delivers state of the art, comprehensive patient care and treat a multitude of both simple and complex surgical conditions. We can treat heartburn, obesity, bowel obstruction, bowel tumors and colon cancer. Offering inpatient and outpatient services, our doctors provide patients with the highest level of efficiency and flexibility available to the community.
