UMC is proud to be chosen as the senior living partner for the proposed Rowan University Wellness Village in Harrison Township, NJ – which includes plans to offer a variety of continuum-of-care living options and an extensive selection of programming to promote healthy living, lifelong learning, and community connection.

We're excited to share that Rowan University and Fairmount Properties have selected UMC as the senior living partner for the Rowan Wellness Village concept – a first-of-its-kind walkable, intergenerational community proposed to be located on the southern end of Rowan’s West Campus in Harrison Township, NJ.

Our latest "Food for Thought" brought the Olympic spirit to Collingswood Manor, a UMC Community! 🥇

Mark Lenhard, UMC President & CEO; David Glenn, Senior Vice President for People and Culture; Dave Rayha, Vice President of Operations; Vasanth Victor, UMC Board Member; and others sported USA gear and served Collingswood Manor teammates French toast shaped like the Olympic rings and iconic torch, fresh fruit in all five Olympic colors, and more.

It was a fun (and delicious!) reminder that success happens when everyone feels supported, valued, and inspired to bring their best — and that’s how you truly go for the gold. ⭐
