Pathways Within - Wisdom & Wellness Collaborative Our unique 360º holistic approach blends clinical therapy and wellness services to support emotional healing, physical renewal, and overall well-being.

Therapy is a process that allows people to explore, adjust, and reconfigure what isn't working in their lives in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My office is a space for people to find clarity, healing, and the strength needed to live a content and fulfilling life. Through the therapeutic process we figure out together what the specific issues are, what changes need to be made, and how to go a

bout healing. Each client comes in with a unique set of challenges. The individuals I work with experience depression, anxiety, work or family related stress, relationship issues and weight issues. I have spent the past 5 years working with pre and post operative weight loss surgery individuals and couples as well as conducting psychological evaluations for surgery. I see myself working in partnership with you, where the therapy is sculpted around your individual goals and needs, rather than offering one kind of approach for all problems.
