Greetings friends✨ ✨✨✨✨✨I would like to share some insight with you all regarding the holidays. As we place ourselves amongst relatives and friends and navigate our inner worlds, facing triggers and traumas from our pasts and mixing them into the mashed potatoes and appetizer obstacle courses we may wonder how we came to be spending this time together, we all desire to have more gratitude for the connections. We might need some support to dig into the earth and locate our deepest reverence for each other, we might then take a moment to reflect on inner traditions those that have road maps and tools for us to utilize in these often tricky waters of remembrance. I have found astrology to be one of these tools. A reminder that we are not in control. There are forces well beyond our understanding in place guiding the way. Do we have free will yes, can we choose to eat healthy do yoga or whatever protocol calls to us to balance our systems instead of react to emotional waves? Yes we can, is it still super helpful to have and know these tools?… yes.
Every season I take another look at my children’s Astro charts and my own, I go with what resonates, follow my interests and relocate my center point of where I am parenting from. Reminding myself and my mental patterns of my gifts, my deepest desires and placing my intentions gently back to the point, to the root. I remind myself to get back to the root. To be radical once again. This is what astrology does for me, it holds my hand, redirects, softens and eventually restructures and grounds me here, back in this present moment. I find a way to break old patterns and habits through the support of the cosmos once again, released from alll the story’s I tell myself of how I’m doing it wrong.
