Join us for a multi-practitioner Reiki infused sound bath this Saturday at Serra Cross Park, Ventura!

Set your intentions and allow yourself to receive the healing frequencies of the gongs, singing bowls, medicine drums, native flutes, chimes, shakers, and more. Relax and receive what is need. Everyone will receive Reiki healing. Bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to lay on, something to cover with if you like. Dress comfortably and bring some water to drink.

is now hosting flute circles the first week of each month in ! Bring your favorite woodwind, or other accompaniment instruments and let’s come together and play! All skill levels welcome.

This is a great opportunity to brush up your flute playing skills, to meet and jam with other musicians, and to connect deeper with yourself and others. Hope to see you there!
