The Winter Solstice is a time to honor the stillness, embrace the magic of the moment, and celebrate the return of the light. This year, I invite you to join us for a soulful sensory experience designed to awaken and align your body, mind, and soul.

✨ Winter Solstice Gathering ✨

Serenity for the Senses
Together, we’ll move through a journey that nourishes each of your senses:

Taste: Open your heart with a cacao ceremony led by Zion.
Sight: Marvel at the beauty of a cedar spiral.
Smell: Immerse yourself in the grounding aromas of an incense ceremony.
Listen: Relax and restore with a mini sound healing session.
Touch: Connect deeply through gentle yoga guided by Mandy.

We’ll also explore our sixth sense—intuition—by aligning with the energy of the crown chakra, embracing renewal and rebirth during this powerful time of year.

Gather & Feast
After this soulful journey, we’ll come together for a warming winter harvest meal. This nourishing meal celebrates community, reciprocity, and the connection we share with one another and Mother Earth. It will leave you feeling full—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—as we prepare to welcome longer, brighter days ahead.

Join us June 21st at 4pm for a powerful evening celebrating the Summer Solstice 🌞

This event is open to all 🌈

☮️ We will start the evening with gentle, uplifting yoga by the lovely Mandy .yoga.studio. She will guide you on breathing and mindful, somatic, movement. 🧘

🎶 At the end of the Yoga your whole body will be receiving the healing notes sang by the talented Heather. She is a trained opera singer that will leave you with chills and sure to awaken your magic. Absorb and let yourself receive. 🎶

🍽️: We then will go and have a seasonal graze prepared by the talneted . 🍒

🍹: The seasonal Graze will be paired wirh a Peach Basil Tingle Mocktail 🍑

💐: To end our celebration we will make Flower Crowns to represent the infinity of nature and physically connect with Mother Earth and Celebrate all that she has to offer. 🌎
