I’ve been quietly building something new, and it feels ready to share 🌿 I’m now offering 1:1 sessions in Nevada City at Inner Path on Thursday afternoons.

This isn’t traditional talk-based work. It’s a blend of somatic/nervous system support– expressive arts (music, cranial sacral, imagery, and/or reflection)– space to actually slow down and process what’s been building.

It’s for those moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, in transition or just needing a deeper reset.

I’ll be opening a few intro sessions starting next week as I settle into the space.

It’s been going since 2012!
And it’s still working… but it’s very slow, and it can’t install new apps that we need.
