Are you looking for a good way to balance out your workouts and take better care of your back? Here at Move we now offer Pilates mat private and semiprivate sessions. Plus we will have more Pilates mat class offerings in the coming months.

Pilates is an excellent way to strengthen and lengthen all the intristic supportive muscles of the spine to help you feel your best. Your posture will thank you.

Walking is a great form of exercise for the mind body and soul, but it doesn’t take the place of weight bearing exercise! Don’t forget that regular intervals of weight bearing exercise (paired with a healthy diet) is one of the best ways to build bone density and prevent bone loss.
