We’re excited to share more about our very first class in the Bee Well Birth Collective happening Saturday, March 21st from 10am–2pm 🤍

This Prenatal Breastfeeding Class is taught by Mercedes Ricciardi, IBCLC, and Catherine Holm, Breastfeeding Specialists, and is designed to give you evidence-based guidance in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Whether you’re a first-time mom or adding another little one to your family, this class is designed to help you begin your breastfeeding journey feeling prepared and confident.

While we all hope for a smooth and easy start, breastfeeding is a learned skill for both mom and baby. Those early days can be incredibly sweet and bonding, and they can also feel overwhelming at times. Having practical tools ahead of time can make all the difference when you’re navigating latch, milk supply, feeding cues, and the emotional shifts of early postpartum.

Our Prenatal Breastfeeding Class will walk you through what’s normal, what to expect, and how to approach common challenges so you can move into those first weeks with more clarity and calm.

This class is intentionally intimate to allow for hands-on learning and meaningful connection, so space is limited. We encourage you to reserve your spot soon ✨

Whether you have a brand new baby in your arms or you’re still pregnant and wanting to feel prepared before those first feeds, this space is for you.

We offer practical, evidence-based lactation support in a calm, comfortable setting. Get help with latch and positioning, pumping questions, feeding plans, and the normal ups and downs of the early weeks. Optional weight checks are available if that feels supportive.

This group was created by moms who know how important steady, compassionate support is in the beginning. You don’t have to figure it out alone 🌿
