Moms on the Move Fundraising

Moms on the Move Fundraising MOMs is an award-winning fundraiser concept with 25 years of success, raising over $1 Million!

Founded by Wendy Riley in the summer of 1995, the MOMs organization and a few hundred women embarked on a hike high in the Sierra Nevada mountains. Their goal: to raise funds for art and technology programs for the local school district. Every year since then, the group expanded, the revenue multiplied - and the event has taken on a life and a remarkable spirit of its own. As of 2012, the women in Nevada City, California - a population of 2,800 - have raised nearly a half million dollars. The Moms on the Move turn-key guidebook and event package,"How to Host a Fundraising Adventure in Your Community", puts the power of this unique fundraising method to work in communities everywhere.
