Autumn has arrived🍁 The transition time from summer to winter. Time to start going in, releasing, nourishing, resting, restoring.
I'm offering via Zoom 2 clases a week to help guide you through this transition and beyond.
Sunday Yin 7-8:15pm
Thursday Gentle Unwind 7-8:15pm
$10 per class.
