This was another one of those blink-and-you-miss-it years.
And when years move that fast, what usually gets lost isnât desire.
Itâs follow-through.
We often know what we want for our lives.
Whatâs harder is staying with it long enough for it to take shape.
In the yogic view, manifesting your wishes for the year ahead isnât about forcing life to cooperate. Itâs about whether what you set in motion has the support it needs to keep moving when life speeds up.
It comes down to two things.
Intention and consistency.
Intention is the direction you give your life-force. Itâs not a vague hope or a pressure-filled demand. Itâs a clear, felt sense of where you want to grow and blossom this year. Prosperity can take many forms. Work, relationships, health, finances, spiritual life. The clarity of the intention matters more than how big it is.
Consistency is the part thatâs often misunderstood.
Consistency doesnât mean perfection. It doesnât mean beating yourself up every time you miss a day or lose momentum. That kind of pressure usually drains energy instead of building it.
Real consistency is rhythm. You return. You re-align. You keep coming back to what youâve set in motion, without turning it into a struggle.
This is where the Full Moon becomes meaningful.
In the early hours of January 3, the Full Moon is closely aligned with Jupiter, which in the yogic and Vedic astrology tradition is considered an omen of good fortune and prosperity.
During the New Yearâs Full Moon Activation, weâll take your intention for the year and give it the vitality and momentum it needs to propel you into a natural, consistent rhythm.

In this live global practice, weâll move the body, work with the breath, and bring the mind into a clear, receptive state.
The experience is free and open to everyone. You can join us live from anywhere in the world. If you canât make it live, a replay will be available through the end of the day Monday.
Iâd love to practice together as we step into this new cycle.
