Tom Hofer performed for our residents which they really enjoyed and the variety of songs he played were a hit! From Roy Rogers to Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley to Neil Diamond-they all brought back memories for them. They were shouting out requests faster than he could play. What a great gathering!

It is always an honor to celebrate Veterans Day with our residents, tenants and their families. We appreciate and at times take it for granted the sacrifice they made for this great country we live in. St.Croix helped with our Veterans Day program and provided certificates, pins, and a poem for each veteran, spouse of a veteran and widow of a veteran. St.Croix and Serve Pro of Iowa both provided cake for us to serve for refreshments.

The Nevada Middle School 8th grade students brought smiles to our residents while delivering decorated pumpkins. The interactions while telling Halloween jokes and passing out greeting cards was as if these residents were their own grandparents. So nice to see the intergenerational relationships! Thanks Crystal Walker for continuing to do this with Rolling Green Village and the Nevada Community!
