After 36 years of service in Podiatry / Foot & Ankle Surgery, Dr. Charles Gilarski is retiring from McFarland Clinic. Patients describe him as a great listener, a thoughtful communicator, and a compassionate expert who always made them feel heard.

McFarland Clinic is excited to welcome Molly Thompson, DO, to our Family Medicine department in Nevada! Growing up in a small town herself, Dr. Thompson understands the importance of small-town medicine and is dedicated to providing comprehensive care. As she puts it, "When a patient walks through the door, they're getting the best care that I can provide and the most empathetic care that I can provide every single time."

⚠️ Attention Nevada-area patients and visitors: Beginning Tuesday, October 24, South 6th Street in Nevada will be closed for construction from Highway 30 to Oak Ridge S Dr (the turn into McFarland Clinic's Nevada office). This closure is expected to continue until Tuesday, November 28.

Please allow extra time for your arrival and follow the marked detour using Highway 30, West 3rd Street, and E Avenue. (Click the linked story for a map and more info.)

• Visitors to our Nevada Family Medicine and Physical Therapy office at 230 South 6th Street will arrive at the clinic coming from the north.

• Visitors to our Nevada Eye Center at 1018 6th Street, Suite 101, can turn north onto 6th Street from E Avenue to head toward the Eye Center.
