Don recently completed his Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership and Management online through Western Governors University. He applied for and was recently awarded scholarship funds from the Healthcare Services Group Charitable Foundation. This program provides eligible members, such as NRMC, and their employees with the financial support of students pursuing medical, nursing or other healthcare related degrees or certification programs.

Don has been a nurse for 6.5 years and has been an NRMC team member since 2019. He currently serves as our Infection Prevention Nurse.

Located in southwest Missouri, Nevada Regional Medical Center is a 71-bed acute, intensive and skilled care hospital situated in Nevada, a community of 8500 residents. Serving a six-county area since 1937, Nevada Regional Medical Center has earned recognition as a respected regional medical center renowned for its comprehensive health care services, skilled and caring employees, state-of-the-art medical technology, and dedicated and talented medical staff. Without a doubt, NRMCโ€™s primary strength is its medical staff which represents over 15 medical specialties, including anesthesiology, family practice, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, neurology, radiology, emergency medicine, urology, psychiatry, orthopedics, wound care and hyperbaric, and general, vascular, thoracic and oncological surgery. In addition, consultation clinics are held regularly at NRMC by specialists in oncology, pulmonology, podiatry, ear, nose, and throat and cardiology. Our patients have always been and always will be our number one priority.
