What a busy day! 🏃🏼‍♀️

This morning our friends at the Bungalows made a trip to Walmart for snacks and essentials! Always an adventure when we take a bus ride out and about!
This afternoon, we had the pleasure of welcoming Nevada High School students from the Health Science class. Around here, we LOVE games with friends! We ended our day with crochet club and music: who doesn’t love music? 🎶

Here at the Bungalows, Morning Movers are back in full swing! 🤩

The best way to stay active and keep up with your mobility, is consistency! We exercise 5 days a week with the option of exercising on the weekends. We love mornings! Always remember to keep your body moving: if you don’t use it, you lose it!
