Great class - a perfect balance of challenge and chill. Rachel is an incredible instructor, always adding in different twists and transitions to surprise you (and keep you paying attention).

Another great class taught by Rachel. She has such a seasoned delivery style and is right on when delivering cues during the Flow. I love that she always starts class out with a motivational thought and intention for the practice and can always be used throughout life. …and she always ends her classes with cool lavender scented wet cloths. Such a nice touch. She really cares about her students! I love GoYoga and the community. Highly recommend!
