In this integrative workshop, we’ll explore the powerful connection between your gut microbiome and your brain, uncover how inflammation and bloating impact your overall vitality and break down how stress directly affects digestion. You’ll gain clarity around food sensitivities, mindful eating and simple daily shifts that can dramatically improve how you feel.

Michelle is a new teacher leading 2 community Flows at our studio. These are free to members, but just $10 for new clients! A great opportunity to bring a friend!
