After 3 incredible years in business, we’ve been reminded just how valuable time truly is. One verse that has been on our hearts lately is Psalm 90:12: “Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.”
As we head into summer, we’ve made the decision to adjust our business hours to allow for a little more balance, family time, rest, and intentional living during this season. Serving each of you has been such a blessing, and we are so grateful for the support, loyalty, and relationships we’ve built over these last 3 years.
While our hours may look a little different this summer, our commitment to caring for and serving our clients remains the same. Thank you for your understanding, continued support, and for being part of our journey. We truly couldn’t do this without you.

Thirty years ago, I walked into the ER as a brand-new RN, not fully knowing just how much that decision would shape my life. Nursing has never just been a job for me—it’s been a calling, one that has grown and evolved alongside me through every season.
After ten years in the ER, I felt pulled to do more, to learn more, and to serve in a different way. Going back to graduate school while working and raising young children was one of the most demanding seasons of my life—but also one of the most defining. Three years later, I became a family nurse practitioner, a role I’ve now had the privilege of serving in for 17 years.
Each chapter of these 30 years has brought its own challenges and rewards. Some seasons stretched me more than I thought I could handle, but every step shaped the nurse—and the person—I am today.
My current chapter may be my most meaningful yet. As a nurse practitioner, business owner, wife, mother, and Mimi, life is full in every sense of the word. It’s demanding, sometimes overwhelming—but also incredibly rewarding. To care for others while also building something of my own and watching my family grow has been a gift from God that I don’t take for granted.
On this Nurses Day, I’m reflecting with gratitude—for the patients who trusted me, the colleagues who stood beside me, and the journey that continues to challenge and fulfill me in the best ways.
Here’s to 30 years of nursing—and to the heart it takes to keep showing up. Happy Nurses Day to all my fellow nurses!!

Looking back on 2025, the word that comes to mind is faithfulness. This year, Reboot reached milestones we only dared to pray for a year ago. Through every high and every challenge, we’ve seen God’s hand guiding our business and providing for our needs in ways we never expected.
To our amazing clients: you are an answered prayer. Thank you for supporting this dream and allowing us to serve you.
As we step into 2026, we’re leaning on Proverbs 16:3—committing all our work to the Lord and trusting Him to establish our paths. We can’t wait to see the doors He opens in the coming year! 🙌✨🙏🏻

We are walking into Thanksgiving Week feeling immensely grateful for our community’s love and support! We are so appreciative that you trust us to care for you and your family! Getting to live out our passion helping others through Reboot has been a tremendous blessing! We will have limited hours this week so that we can enjoy time with our beautiful family! Today is the day! Fun Friday Wellness Expo from 6 to 8 pm at Sorg Sport and Wellness! Stop by and say hello to us! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone! We’ll have free compression therapy sessions and will be raffling off a package of 5 wellness/recovery services.

Yes, I’m making my own birthday post! That’s what you do when you are owner, nurse practitioner, office manager, content creator…small business owners wear all the hats! Well today I wear the birthday hat!🤣 I’m not posting for acknowledgment or birthday wishes. I’m posting to share some gratitude for my 50 years on this earth! 😩 Yes, I’m 50, but I’m going to own it because someone once said, “don’t count the years, but make the years count!” That is so true! The years go fast! At times, I think we all take our time here for granted, but I also think I’ve packed a lot into my first 50 years! First, I want to thank God for blessing me with this beautiful life! He has given me the best family and friends! We have created the most wonderful memories and continue to do so. Second, I want to thank my family and friends for loving me so well! You all are truly my world and bring me more happiness than you could ever know or I could ever express. Third, I want to thank all of you for letting my husband and I watch our dream of Reboot become a reality. You have all been so kind and supportive of us, and we are so grateful! So cheers to 50 years, to more laughs, more love, more memories, and more Reboot!! I love you all!
