To end our week of winter skin tips, here’s 𝗧𝗶𝗽 #𝟱, and it might be the simplest of all.

🌬️ 𝗔𝗱𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺.

That’s it. No product. No appointment. Just more moisture in the air while you sleep.

When the heat is running all night, your skin can lose hydration through evaporation. A bedside humidifier helps keep your skin (and lips, throat, and nose) from drying out.

If your skin still feels tight after moisturizing, it might be time for a richer formula.

In the winter, we often recommend:
• Moisturizers with ceramides or peptides
• Barrier-repair creams (especially if you're flaking or sensitive)
• Layering moisturizer after serums, and even under an overnight mask

Dry skin often lacks the protective barrier that holds moisture in. Rebuilding that barrier is the goal.

When your heat’s running 24/7, your skin is constantly losing moisture to the air. An overnight mask acts like a hydrating barrier, helping your skin hold onto what it already has.

How to use it:

💜 Don’t rinse, just sleep in it
💜 Use 2–3 nights a week (or nightly for very dry skin)
