I still remember the first time I faced burnout — it hit me like a tidal wave. I was exhausted, disconnected, and questioning everything. That moment taught me that we can prepare for burnout before it crushes us.

Today, here’s what I do differently:
✨ I set boundaries without guilt — rest is part of the work.
