🌟 Leadership Spotlight: Wade Thaxton, Chief Executive Officer🌟
Meet the man at the helm of Brandon’s House—Wade Thaxton, who stepped into the role of Executive Director in October 2022.
Wade brings a diverse background in teaching, sales, and corporate leadership, and he’s using every bit of that experience to help Brandon’s House grow, innovate, and reach more teens and families with the mental health support they need.
His leadership style? Collaborative, mission-driven, and unafraid to challenge the status quo—all to bring more people and resources to the table for the youth of Southern Indiana.
But Wade’s impact goes beyond the boardroom. For 13 years, he served as the leader and facilitator of GriefShare, walking alongside individuals navigating the loss of a loved one—an experience that shaped his deep compassion for those in pain.
He’s married to Clarissa, and together they’re raising their two kids, Elanore and Wesley. On weekends, you’ll likely find them camping, hiking, or fishing—anything that lets them enjoy God’s creation together.
