If you're someone who feels they have to "do everything perfectly," burnout may be a familiar feeling. If it's not perfect in your eyes, then you have to keep going, keep working, keep grinding, until you get it just right. But, what if you cut yourself some slack?

"Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly." Read that again. Think about it, what does that mean? It means sometimes less is more. It means brushing your teeth for 20 seconds is better than not at all. It means going for a 10 minute walk is better than not at all. It means coming in for a quick massage chair session once a month is better than not at all. Get rid of the idea of "perfection," because it's really an arbitrary goal.

Burnout can be avoided by focusing on activities you love, making time for rest, and shifting your mindset towards growth. What tips do you have for avoiding burnout?

Medical News Today states, "Vitamin C is a vital nutrient for health. It helps form and maintain bones, skin, and blood vessels. It is also an antioxidant."

The tricky thing about vitamin C is that since it's water-soluble, the body can't store it, so we should consume foods that have vitamin C (or take a supplement) every day. It helps the body produce collagen, remove unwanted substances from the body, speed wound healing, and it helps the body to absorb iron.

Folks in that group say the pain is unbearable at times, and medication alone doesn't always help, but that consistently using practices like massage, vibroacoustic therapy, infrared, and red light therapy have greatly reduced or almost eliminated their suffering.
