Wesley Hospice

At Wesley Hospice, we focus on providing comfort and holistic hospice services for those in our care. Thus, Wesley Hospice was born.

Wesley Hospice, an affiliate of The Wesley Communities, opened its doors in 2011 as a result of a need observed in the overall services that were provided through The Wesley Communities facilities in Ohio. As patients transitioned through The Wesley Communities system (i.e., Independent Living, Assisted Living, Long-Term Care) personnel began to identify the need to provide hospice as an extension of care to its residents.

This Christmas season, the Wesley Hospice team was grateful for the opportunity to give back by supporting a local military family in need. Our associates came together to collect toys and holiday goodies for a family of five, helping spread a little extra joy during the holidays. 🎄💙

Meet Nala, our hospice comfort pup! Nala belongs to our Executive Director, La’Tasha, but when she comes to work, she makes her rounds with her “aunt” Elaine, one of our amazing Hospice Aides. 💙

Her gentle presence brings smiles, comfort, and a little extra love to our patients—showing that wellness comes in many forms.

During our All Staff gathering, we honored Chaplain Mike as he prepares to retire at the end of this month. For the past 5 years, he has been a source of comfort, compassion, and support for our Wesley Hospice community. 💙
