Tracy leads with empathy and authenticity, offering a nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Her approach is rooted in harm reduction and informed by lived experience, meeting people exactly where they are while honoring each person’s unique path toward healing.

Tracy provides individual, couples, and group therapy, with areas of focus including substance use disorders, trauma, and grief.

Dialectical Behavioral Group Therapy with 12-Steps Integrated is officially enrolling at Healing Together, LLC.

This supportive group blends DBT skills with the 12-Step model to help participants manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and support long-term recovery through structure, skill-building, and community connection.

🗓 Group Times:
• Sundays: 1:00 – 2PM
• Tuesdays: 6:00 – 7:PM
