Oct 31, Nov 1, Nov 2 We will have the whold crew and are headed to Eminence KY for the Fenrir Viking Fest!!!! SO grab your garb and meet us there! SOOOOO Much to see and do at the Viking faire. Lots of great entertainment, demo's all over the place, tools, weapons of the time, reenactments, vendors, wolves, archery, armoured battles, shopping and lots of food! So come out make it a weekend and come enjoy the Fenrir Viking Festival! We will be there !!!!

Pappy's Castle will be at OZ-Faire!
Pappy's Castle brings the Kingdom to you! Dragons to Blacksmiths to Jewelers to Leather makers to Toy Makers, Snake Charmers and the Mystics too. So whatever you are looking for Pappy's Castle brings a little of this or that for you to shop and find what your heart desires. If we do not have what you are looking for, ask us. We maybe able to help or refer you to another trustworthy merchant who can help you find what you need! We are a kingdom here, we all help each other! We will be doing a Forge your Own with Austin both days~! So bring your close toed shoes and friends! You can choose to make a ½ Horseshoe knife with a leather sheath (made on the spot as well!) We can do pairs where you can use the same horseshoe to make “matching” knives. A RR Spike knife with a leather sheath , A RR Spike bottle cap opener or a masonry nail into a ring pendant. He is also now doing Magick Wands from RR Spikes or square stock that he has ready to work. This is how the Forge Your Own with Austin works. If you sign up for a time slot at our table please note there is a minimum of a non refundable $20 dep to hold your spot, that goes towards your final total. You are welcome to pay in full if you so wish.

Forge your own with Austin- Pappy's Castle's Blacksmith :
½ horseshoe knife With a sheath - $60 (made when done by Hope)
RR Spike Knife with a sheath - $80
Masonry Nail Ring Pendant - $15,
RRSpike Bottlecap Opener - $35,
Magick Wand Twist only with a sheath _ $30,
Magick Wand Full Forge with a sheath $60.

Austin will run the forge and guide you with how and where to hammer out your own piece! This interactive forging your own is unique and your piece is one of a kind! Once finished, Austin will put the finishing touches on it. If you made a knife with a sheath, you will bring that to our Leathersmith, Hope, and she will make you a sheath specially for your knife, if that is the package you chose. **Must be 18 or have a parent sign the waiver and be present! ** Must wear PPE provided for your safety ** Unsafe behavior around the forging area could lead to you losing time to forge your own - Austin at his discretion may finish it for you. No refunds. ** You must listen and follow directions for everyone's safety! Safety first! *** Austin also is offering blade sharpening $5 and up depending on blade size and condition. He also offers restoration on some types of blades as well as takes orders on making a knife just for you. Ask and he can go over it with you to see if he can help!

This Saturday Sept. 27th 2025. In St. Elmo Illinois! Needs vendors! It is their Monthly downtown flea market style Vendor fair. Set up is Free Set Up!!!
