📢 Scheduling Update at Healing Hands & Soles Massage Therapy

To help protect our therapists’ time and keep appointments available for clients who truly need them, we are making a small change to how appointments are booked.

Deposits will now be required when scheduling through Vagaro. The deposit will go toward the cost of your service.

If you prefer not to keep a credit card on file, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to schedule your appointment for you.

We’ve recently experienced an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, which unfortunately prevents other clients from getting in and affects our therapists’ income.

Just as a reminder, our policy states that appointments cancelled within 24 hours are responsible for the full cost of the service.

We completely understand that illness and emergencies happen, and we always try to work with our clients in those situations. This update simply helps us better protect the time our therapists set aside for each appointment.
