🌟 Thank You for Joining Us at the New Baden EMS, PD, and Fire Open House! 🌟
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took the time to attend our Open House! Your presence and support mean the world to us. It was wonderful to see so many community members come together to learn about our emergency services and see firsthand the challenges we face with our current facilities. We appreciate your interest in understanding just how cramped our stations are and how critical the need for a new building is. Your engagement and feedback play a vital role as we move forward with the New City Hall, PD, and EMS Building. Together, we can ensure that our emergency services have the space and resources needed to serve our community effectively. Thank you once again for your support and for being an essential part of our mission to keep New Baden safe! Stay tuned for updates on our progress, and we hope to see you at future events!

🎉✨ New Baden EMS wants to wish you all a safe and happy New Year! As we ring in 2025, let’s prioritize safety and look out for one another. Remember, if you drink, don’t drive! 🚫🚗

Here are some additional tips to keep your celebrations safe:

1. Plan Ahead: If you plan to celebrate with drinks, arrange for a designated driver, use a rideshare service, or take public transportation.

2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the night to stay hydrated and help reduce the effects of alcohol.

3. Celebrate Responsibly: Enjoy the festivities, but know your limits. It’s okay to have fun without overindulging.

4. Keep Emergency Contacts Handy: Make sure you have the number of a taxi service or rideshare app saved on your phone, just in case.

5. Look Out for Friends: Keep an eye on your friends and make sure everyone gets home safely. Don’t hesitate to intervene if someone is about to make an unsafe decision.

6. Fireworks Safety: If you’re planning to celebrate with fireworks, ensure you’re following local laws and safety guidelines. Always have a bucket of water or a hose nearby.
