Update: We are currently still in the search for our weekly workshop location in New Baltimore!

In the meantime, I'd like to share a recipe with you that yields 3 points per serving and is both flavorful and fresh. It's worth noting that recipes can be tailored to individual tastes by substituting, omitting, or adding ingredients; for instance, I personally omit the cilantro and use Bragg's olive oil instead of grapeseed oil.

The recipe is sourced from the Veganomincon Cookbook, and I hope you enjoy it!
