If you are considering rehab and treatment for your scoliosis, please consider the following questions to ask your chiro/PT.
Are they targeting the scoliosis/deformity?
Are they recommending exercises that are 3 dimensional and address all aspects of the scoliosis?
Are they reteaching muscle memory and postural control?
Are they recommending home exercises ( this is huge!)?

🚨‼️To parents of female gymnasts, dancers or competitive cheer, please get your child screened for scoliosis between the ages 10-15. The risk is higher for scoliosis in these sports during this time period ( compared to general population). These sports do not cause scoliosis but it could aggravate underlying spinal imbalances due to the demands biomechanically on the spine.

While protein is vital for strength, make sure your protein intake includes leucine for muscle building.
At least 9 grams of leucine for people under 60 and at least 15 grams for individuals over 60.

Leucine helps build muscle, boost metabolism and fight age-related muscle loss. Find out how much you need and which foods pack it in.
