Dear All-Ways Care Team,

I want to take a moment to personally thank each of you for your patience and understanding during the delay in receiving your paychecks caused by the recent weather issues.

I know how frustrating this kind of disruption can be, and I truly appreciate how graciously you handled the situation. Your dedication to our clients—and to each other—continues to inspire me every day.

Thank you again for your flexibility, your resilience, and for being such an important part of the All-Ways Care family.

Big changes are being proposed to Michigan’s mental health system, and they could seriously impact care here in St. Clair County.

What’s at stake?
💰 More money for private companies, less for care.
💔 Fewer services and longer waits.
🗣️ Less say for you and your community.
🏘️ Out-of-town companies that don’t know our local needs.

St. Clair County Community Mental Health is your public mental health provider — and we’re fighting to protect services and local control.

📢 Make your voice heard.

🗨️ Share your story.
🤝 Talk to others.

Together, we can protect care that works.

July is Disability Pride Month! 💙
At All-Ways Care, we’re proud to support and celebrate the incredible individuals we serve every day. This month, we honor the strength, uniqueness, and voices of the disability community.

What is Disability Pride Month?
Disability Pride Month celebrates the strength, identity, and contributions of people with disabilities. It’s a time to recognize that disability is a natural and beautiful part of human diversity—not something to hide or be ashamed of. The month also honors the passing of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in July 1990, a key moment in the fight for civil rights and equal access. 🌟💚
