THIS SUNDAY!🥁♥️ LET'S Gather in sacred community with drumming and sounding! When we share our voices and express ourselves with sound we not only heal, but with heart centered intention, we send a ripple of healing out to all.

Justin from The Saving Light will lead us in circle. We will have a grounding meditation and there will be some yogi tea available to ground us further after circle!

🌀Very blessed to also have some drums and rattles and other sound tools on hand from Jaime Poyant, our brother in sound.

Happy MOONDAY!🤍🙏TONIGHT! 630-8p - Join Julie/Devi Namdass for our first class in the new series, The Moon & Me. 
We are approaching the New Moon in ♑️Capricorn on the 11th. Capricorn is about structure and focus. In our time together tonight, you will be guided into a meditation and practice.

The prompt:
How do I create structure each day so that I may flow into the life I am meant to lead?

Each class will begin with a guided visualization, followed by a light yoga warm up suitable for a chair or the mat. 
We will also spend time journaling or sharing within the circle.

Sat Nam! Join us tomorrow! 2 Classes! Every Saturday in January Julie /Devi Namdass will be teaching RESILIENT & RADIANT, which starts at 10a. R&R is a prescriptive set from the transformative and prescriptive medicine of KUNDALINI YOGA, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. These classes will have supported sound including gong and or drums, bowls, etc.
GENTLE & BALANCED starts at 12p and is a therapeutic kundalini yoga set that will include a more invitational approach, at a slower pace. All about bringing your senses into alignment and balance.. These classes will not have sound instruments but will include deep guided meditation, and these sets are adaptable to a chair.
We hope you will join us for the class that resonates with you!
