❄️ Bristol County Storm Recovery Update ❄️

As our community continues to recover from the recent winter storm, many areas across Fall River, New Bedford, and surrounding South Coast neighborhoods remain difficult to access. While progress is being made — including assistance from the Massachusetts National Guard — some streets and homes are still impassable or unsafe to enter.

Our team is working tirelessly to meet the needs of the community and support our patients as conditions allow. We are prioritizing care based on urgency, accessibility, and safety, and will continue servicing patients as quickly as possible.

🚨 SAFETY REMINDER:
When our team contacts you regarding a delivery or visit, please let us know if your driveway, walkway, and home entry are safely cleared. The safety of our patients and employees is essential, and we cannot place staff in situations that may endanger anyone.

❄️ Winter Storm Operations Update ❄️

Due to the ongoing winter storm and travel restrictions across Massachusetts, we want to share an update on our operations and how we are caring for patients as safely as possible.

✅ Agawam, Worcester, and Haverhill
These locations are open at limited capacity, focusing on emergent patient needs only and services that are safe to access given current road and weather conditions.

⛔ Plainville
Our Plainville location is temporarily closed to patient traffic.

⚠️ New Bedford
Our New Bedford location is currently operationally closed, but phones remain on, and our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to restore full functionality as quickly and safely as possible.

We are servicing patients based on urgency, accessibility, and safety, and will continue care in order of priority as conditions allow.

We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients, families, and care partners during this storm. We are also extremely grateful for our dedicated employees, who continue to go above and beyond—often in difficult conditions—to provide the highest level of care possible and take care of patients whenever it is safe to do so.

Kevin joins us as a Patient Care Coordinator serving Cape Cod and surrounding communities, bringing nearly two decades of experience working alongside local physicians, sleep labs, and care teams.

Many referral partners on the Cape already know Kevin well. He’s built long-standing relationships through responsiveness, follow-through, and a steady focus on making CPAP therapy seamless for both patients and providers.

Dear Patient, Family Members & Caregivers,

As winter weather impacts our area, we want to ensure that your medical equipment deliveries continue as safely and smoothly as possible.

To protect both our patients and our delivery team, we kindly ask that all walkways, driveways, stairs, ramps, and entrances be fully cleared of snow and ice prior to your scheduled delivery or service visit.

⚠️ Important Safety Reminder:
For safety reasons, our technicians cannot safely carry or transport medical equipment through icy or uncleared areas.
If access to the home is not safe, your delivery or service may need to be delayed or rescheduled.

We understand that some patients may need assistance with snow and ice removal. In those cases, we encourage family members, caregivers, or neighbors to help ensure a safe path for entry.

❄️ Winter Storm Notice – Delivery & Service Updates ❄️

With the upcoming winter storm expected to impact much of our area, we want to share a few important updates regarding deliveries and in-home services.

Our delivery technicians will continue working hard to support our patients, however their safety — and the safety of the families they return home to — will always come first. During periods of heavy snow, ice, or unsafe road conditions, there may be delays or temporary changes to our delivery schedules.

What you can do to help:
• Please place orders early whenever possible
• Be patient and understanding if weather causes delays
• Ensure clear, shoveled, and salted paths for our technicians to safely access your home
• Secure pets and clear entryways prior to arrival

📞 We will maintain 24-hour phone access, but please understand that while we are always reachable, physical access to homes may be delayed until roads and conditions are safe.

We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to get through the storm safely while continuing to care for our patients.
