At Maha Massage Therapy LLC, we will work with you towards a realization of well being. Listening to and responding appropriately to your concerns is the priority for each massage session. This means listening to both your verbal cues and also noticing how your body (breathing, muscle tension etc.) reacts during the treatment. If you are looking for someone to simply lean in with an elbow and exert heavy pressure from beginning to end, and call that a "deep tissue" massage, this is probably not the practice for you.
