Long before massage therapy was licensed or formalized, touch based healing existed across African and Afro-diasporic cultures as a form of care, restoration, and community support.
Black women and men have long carried the role of healer, through hands, intuition, and presence.

At Soul Serenity, creating space for intentional rest feels like both a privilege and a continuation of that legacy. 🤎
