Sharing a little spring vibes with you to remind you of the beautiful light and energy that lives within you 💫

Be reminded that we have a choice every single day and every single moment of the frequency we want to live in and
be a part of 💫

it is important to validate our human experience in the process and remember to pause and breathe to allow us the discernment of how our mind body heart and soul all works together 💫

Owning our stories.
Coming home to ourselves.

Sacred Women’s Circles return this spring at Ellaria.

Beginning in April, we will gather on the first Tuesday evening and the first Saturday morning of each month — a steady rhythm of connection, reflection, and truth.

This is a space to slow down.
To be witnessed.
To remember who you are beneath the noise of the world.

April – June 2026
First Tuesday | 5:30–7:30 PM
First Saturday | 9:00–11:00 AM

Held at Ellaria
Rooted in Beauty. Elevated in Spirit.

If you feel the nudge or hear the whisper, message me for details or reserve your space through the Sacred Women’s Circle link in my bio.

I guess it’s Snow Talk with Kelley time 😉

It is up to us to notice the gratitude in our hearts, the gifts that are bestowed upon us, balance, and flow. 🌍❄️☀️❤️

For it is in our embrace of our entire experience that supports us day-to-day.

Allowing ourselves to feel all of the emotions while learning about them and trusting ourselves to navigate.

For every emotion is just information to guide us.

For it is within our breath, our movement, our presence, our connection that we can see and hear the importance and the guidance being offered to us.

May you find your moment to just breathe, to move, to connect with yourself, nature or somebody else to feel the rhythm of universal connection. 💫💜

Let us be reminded that we are flowing in rhythm with the Earth, the universe and each other.

Let us remember our connection to the elements and how they can actually support us and guide us.

We are resilient in our humanity.
We are resilient in our connection.
We are resilient in our unity.
We are resilient in love.

Let’s walk, talk, flow and harmonize together as we evolve.

With love and smiles,
Kelley Lynne 🩵

I didn’t think that we would ever have a dog in our live again after we lost sugar 4-1/2 years ago.

It was a tough year. Both of our fathers had died. My mom‘s cat had died. It was still the pandemic and then sugar died.

I held her in my arms as her soul left her body. There was so much sadness in that moment for so many reasons.

Even four years later, there are times I call for her 🐶

She was a gentle soul. She was a wounded soul. We adopted her and welcomed her into our home from a place where she and her pups were scared and abused. We gave her a place where there was love and was hectic at that time but a place she could call home.

A couple months ago a picture showed up of a dog that looked just like her and it reminded me of that love and how much I miss her. And then over the next few weeks, I’m sure her soul guided us to see those bright blue eyes of that beautiful robust pup ready to come into our family.

Here we are now, Flurry, aka McFlurry, Bro. Has come into our lives and into our hearts.🩵 we never had a puppy so we are learning some things as we go along, but we wouldn’t change it for the world!

Live Holistically.

Stop compartmentalizing your life.

You don’t get to be powerful at work
and depleted at home.

You don’t get to build the dream
while abandoning your body.

You don’t get to speak about alignment
and ignore your own heart.

Holistic living is integrity.
Inside and out.

It’s living in a way where your health,
your relationships,
your purpose,
and your peace
are not negotiable.

It requires courage.
It requires awareness.
It requires truth.

And it changes everything.

✨ Stay tuned — more holistic living workshops + experiences coming soon.

Feeling more like myself today… and that alone feels like a win.🤩

It’s wild how we normalize pushing through.
But steady? Clear? Grateful?
That’s the frequency I’m choosing.

Also — Soul-Care is for people everyone 😊

If something in you is ready to feel more like you again… you know where to find me.

And building dreams in the town that raised me?
Yeah. That hits different.

More soon 🤍

And I walked anyway.

Cold air.
Quiet streets.
Feet on the Earth.
Heart slowing into coherence.

This is Soul-Care.

Not pushing.
Not performing.
Just presence.

Have you moved your body today?
Hydrated?
Given yourself one quiet moment?

I’m here to remind you that every little step matters.

There is so much pressure in the world right now, and everything moves so fast.
A 10-minute walk.
Three deep breaths.
A moment with your hand on your heart.
Not doing the dishes one morning.
Not making the bed one day.
Putting away one small pile of laundry instead of the whole basket.

These small steps are actually the big ones.
They go a long way in relieving pressure and overwhelm in our bodies and nervous systems.

It’s okay to not do it all.

What matters most is caring for your whole self—
mind, body, heart, and soul ❤️

This is a lesson I’ve been invited into again and again throughout my life.
Through my own experiences with depression, insomnia, PTSD, anxiety…
and now navigating a chronic heart condition that has been deeply disruptive.
(And yes—weight changes and menopause layered in too.)

I have always believed the body can heal.

I believe in the magic and miraculous intelligence of the human body, mind, and heart—and in our capacity to heal, to thrive, and to live with peace, joy, and love.

Has it been challenging?
That’s an understatement.

Returning to this belief steadies me.
It reminds me to keep taking one step at a time…
to trust the process…
and to gather tools, resources, and practices that support connection—
with myself, with those I love, and with my community.

May you notice the small steps that support you today—and every day forward 💖

With so much love, and from my heart to yours,
Kelley Lynne 💜
