So much relief 🤌🏽🤌🏽 can come from proper hip work. That lower back pain, hip pain, the *cant get comfortable enough to sleep*, pain.. you'd be surprised how much of that is b/c of the hips. This may be your reminder to stretch!!. (Or book an appt) ....or both.
